Our complimentary delivery service ensures your order arrives within 2–3 working days.

  • Please note: This service excludes weekends and bank holidays

Priority Shipping – £5.99

Need your order a little sooner? Our Priority option is perfect for faster dispatch.

  • Delivered within 1–2 working days

  • Dispatch window: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

  • Excludes weekends and bank holidays

Express Shipping – £10.00

  • Receive your order the next working day when you order by 4:00 PM.

  • Delivered between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

  • Excludes Sundays and bank holidays.

International Shipping - £25

We offer worldwide delivery for our international customers.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on location

  • Tracked shipping is included for peace of mind

Online Purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Christmas Returns Extension
For orders placed during the Christmas period, the returns window is extended until 10 January 2026.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Returned with all original labels and tags still attached

  • Not altered or tailored in any way (including sleeve shortening, trouser hemming, or any other fit adjustments)

  • In their original packaging

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
Please allow a further 3–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Invoices & Returns Information

All invoices are sent via email. We do not include paper invoices with online orders, helping to speed up delivery and reduce our environmental impact.
Please include your order number and contact details inside the return parcel to ensure your refund is processed promptly.
